MIRAMONTES COUP DE ETAT SETS OFF CIVIL WAR

I we understand this correctly, PUSD School Board Member Ramon Miramontes wants to have a Latino take over the PUSD School Board seat typically reseverd for a member of the Black community from North West Pasadena. This has set off a civil war of sorts, as the Black community does not want to be represented on the school Board by a Latino.
