The local Pasadena Star News has in the past run similar stories full of innuendo and insinuation but no real documented corruption. And the real estate transactions in question involve selling land for "open space." Gosh, you would think everyone is for "open space" wouldn't you?
If there is corruption involved in these transactions let's expose it and punish any of those involved in wrong doing. But first, where is it? Miller allegedly had wording included in a piece of legislation that was favorable to Lewis Homes, which has been a campaign contributor to Miller. But how did Miller or Lewis benefit materially? Who benefitted? The public?
Meanwhile, back at the ranch in California our Attorney General. Jerry Moonbeam Brown, has changed the wording in a ballot initiative in favor of a campaign contributor, Mercury Insurance (Big Insura). Did you read about it? Probably not because the news story on Congressman Gary Miller has grabbed the headlines in Washington D.C.'s Washington Post newspaper. Read about the shenanigans of Attorney General Jerry Brown here
